UK customers are welcome to pay by Paypal, Cheque, Cash or Postal Order. We can take most credit cards using the Paypal server interface and this can be used even if you are not a Paypal customer. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please pay by Paypal or by using a credit or debit card via the Paypal interface, or if this is not an option for you, email so that we can discuss other possibilities.
Official orders from educational or heritage organisations are welcomed, please eamil us in the first instance so that we can arrange any necessary paperwork to fit in with your ordering system.
You are welcome to select the cash on delivery option if you are planning on collecting your order from us at an event, or just tell us in the notes at checkout that you wish to do this, in that case you will not pay the shipping charge that will be automatically quoted.
Default postal options on this site are for UK delivery, if you are ordering from abroad please check that the confirmation page indicates an appropriate shipping option, and if you are at all unsure, feel free to contact us for more information. All weight quoted are in grams.
We usually expect to post in stock items within two working days of confirming your order, usually the next day. For made to order items please see the individual item listings but as a general rule we try to have most items made within approximately two weeeks of ordering unless discussed otherwise with you.
We will always endeavour to keep you fully up to date with the progress of your order, and in the case of made to order items you will have a chance to view an image of your item and approve it before it is posted out to you.
Please do be aware that we occasionally travel to events to trade, and this may create brief communication delays, usually of no more than 24 hours if we temporarily have no computer access.
Overseas delivery is usually by airmail unless we arrange otherwise with you, and in the vast majority of cases we would expect your order to arrive with you within two weeks of posting. We are often pleasantly surprised by the speed of airmail and it may take as little as a week.
We take care to pack your order securely and to give good value for money with shipping charges.
Returns and Cancellations:
You are free to cancel an order at any time before it is posted or to return any item that you may need to within two weeks of receipt in the case of straight returns of unused items, or in the case of any later malfunction with any of our items we will always attempt to put this right at a later date. Should you feel you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us first so that we can work out the best way to proceed. We want you to be completely happy with your order and will always do everything in our power to ensure that any returns you may wish to make go smoothly.
