Sprang Starter Kit
Want to have a go at Sprang but don't know where to start? This basic kit includes a booklet that shows different types of frame from a simple bent stick to ones based on historical styles, support string and lifeline string, two small balls of smooth cotton yarn to practice with, a wooden handled latch hook to chain up the center line and some sticks for spacing your work.
Instructions are given for basic interlinking plus an overview of interlacing and a more complex mesh pattern, how to finish the center line and sew up items like bags, plus brief guidelines for working a hairnet.
Colours of yarn will vary, but feel free to mention any favoured shades and I'll do my best to pick out something suitable for you
